Roller Gravity 1.9 Diameter Features The 1.9” dia roller is the standard of the industry. They are used in high use production assembly lines and, shipping areas Size/Centers 1.9” dia roller with16 gage steel tube, 7/16” hex shaft. Standard roller centers are 3”, 4-1/2”, 6”, 9”, and 12”. Rollers are rated at 240# each with open ball bearings. Belt Driven Live Roller Transporting Conveyor Features Belt Driven live roller conveyors are used to transport product when cross transferring, diverting, hand loading or merging is required. Note: Belt conveyors are the least expensive way to transport product. Load Capacity/60 FPM 1.9” dia rollers on 3” centers are the standard of the industry. Others centers are available. Conveyor is rated at 150# per foot live load. High speed quiet bearings are available. Standard centers are 3”,    4-1/2”, 6” or 9”. 6-1/2” x 1-1/2” by 10 gage steel frame is standard.

2-1/2“ Heavy Duty Chain Driven Zone Accumulating Applications This conveyor has the same specification as the 2.5” dia chain drive live roller. Used for transporting and “O” pressure accumulation of heavy pallets and drums which require zero back pressure. Load Capacity Chart/60 FPM Standard speeds up to 30 FPM. Maximum 30 zones. Accumulation is accomplished by means of roller triggers activating clutches on 36” to 72” standard zone lengths. Zone capacity is 3,000# with the total conveyor load of 37,000#.
